| Judicial division of goods | 5% of the value of the goods to be divided but not less than 5000 lei |
| Tabular payments (sales validations / operations at the Land Registry / real estate transactions) | 3% of the value of the real estate but not less than 4000 lei |
| Tracking (recoveries / protections) of debts | 10% of the value sought but not less than 2500 lei |
| Arbitration procedures (consultation / assisting / representation) | 10% of the litigation value, but not less than 2500 lei |
| Insolvency procedures (drafting the opening of the procedure, declaration of
debt, contestation to the creditors’ table, etc.) |
